# Our Services

Our vision is to make the professional ERP system GrowERP, Moqui ERP and Apache OFBiz available to small and mid-size companies at a cost effective investment, using open source software only. We help you not just with the implementation, but with maintaining and customizing the system afterwards.

These services cover the full lifecycle of the product within your company: documenting your business processes, gathering requirements, implementation and customization, introduction and end-user training, and monitoring and support of the production system. We can also train your own IT department to maintain the system, using Scrum, peer review, continuous testing and release management.

## Business systems consulting

Once you have decided on the system, we advise documenting your business processes with BPMN. After that first step the workflow is improved to obtain cost savings as early as possible, before the ERP implementation even starts.

Next we design a new menu shell around the ERP system, using as much of the standard system as possible and showing only the functions you really want, to keep it simple and friendly to use. That shell sits outside the core system, so future upgrades remain possible. The screens and functional requirements are documented in our Scrum system, and an implementation plan follows, including any integration with existing systems.

Because software development with the systems we support is our core business, we have a complete product lifecycle built on open source support systems only, and we can help introduce it to your own development department.

## GrowERP and related verticals

We build mobile applications on a Moqui backend to your needs, whether you are implementing a new system or extending an existing one, in the same transparent way of working.

Our flagship product, GrowERP, is available as a fully managed SaaS platform at [www.growerp.com](https://www.growerp.com). This SaaS model allows small and mid-size companies to access a comprehensive suite of ERP tools—including order management, inventory, and accounting—without the overhead of maintaining their own infrastructure.

The GrowERP SaaS architecture is designed for scalability, security, and high availability. We can also build industry-specific verticals on top of this robust foundation, ensuring that your unique business processes are supported seamlessly from day one.

## Moqui ecosystem implementation

We have people highly skilled in the Moqui ecosystem and in interfacing it with other systems. Our development environment runs from project management and accounting through to a proper distributed version control system with branch level security and peer review, automated testing, and a demo system updated daily so you can follow the work of the customization team as it happens.

## Apache OFBiz implementation

With the implementation plan in place and the requirements defined as Scrum stories, we provide project management and an implementation team. We convert your existing data, create a new user interface to your requirements and carry out any further customization.

As soon as a usable part of the system is ready we set up the production environment and help you train your end-users and IT staff. We also provide the infrastructure for staging, testing and version management, and are happy to work alongside your local IT department.

## 24/7 support and system management

We provide system support worldwide, as long as your system is reachable over the internet. We install production systems on Linux including database setup, from a single server up to a load balancer with multiple application and database servers, set up backup procedures and upgrade services, and keep your system available uninterrupted with round the clock monitoring.

A second level help desk is available to support the technical people and the end-users in your organization, by chat or by email. Standard support contracts are available on request and can be adapted to your situation.
